Can I send a Fireside Starter Kit as a gift?
Absolutely. The Fireside Starter Kit is designed to feel like a gift from the moment it arrives. It’s a thoughtful option for couples, anniversaries, housewarmings, cabin getaways, holidays, or anyone who could use an excuse to slow down and reconnect.
How will my Fireside Starter Kit be shipped?
Because the kit contains fire-starting materials, orders are shipped using eligible ground transportation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
What happens after I place a pre-order?
Your order reserves a kit from our first production run. You’ll receive an order confirmation when your purchase is complete and another notification with tracking information once your kit ships. Pre-sale orders are scheduled to begin shipping November 1.
Where can I use my Fireside Starter Kit?
Branch kits are designed for fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, campsites, cabins, vacation rentals, and other locations where wood-burning fires are permitted. Always follow the rules and fire restrictions for your specific property or location.
Does the kit include firewood?
No. The Fireside Starter Kit includes materials to help you get your fire started, but you'll still need appropriate firewood for your fireplace or fire pit.
Is the Fireside Starter Kit for indoor or outdoor use?
Both—provided you're using the kit with an appropriate wood-burning fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your fireplace or fire pit and any applicable local fire restrictions.
Is everything in the kit meant to be burned?
No. Only items specifically identified in the kit instructions as fire-starting materials should be placed in the fire. Food, beverage packaging, labels, stickers, plastic, coated materials, and other accessories should never be burned.
Can I burn the box or packaging?
Some natural paper and wood-based components may be suitable for use as additional fire-starting material. However, do not burn labels, stickers, plastic, coated materials, food packaging, or other non-combustible components. Follow the instructions included with your kit.
How fresh are the food and drink items in the Fireside Starter Kit?
We select individually packaged products with shelf life in mind so your Fireside Starter Kit can be enjoyed when the moment is right. Each consumable item includes its own best-by or freshness information where applicable. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying the coffee and other drink items by the dates indicated on their packaging.
Is Branch just for couples?
Not at all. Branch is about connection. That might mean a night with your partner, an evening with friends, time with family, or simply a quiet fire on your own.
Do you offer kits for Airbnb and vacation-rental hosts?
